Limited refund cases
StudyWell, operated by Callwell, does not offer a general money-back guarantee. Refunds are only granted in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@callwel.us with your order ID and we will help you process the refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
